Yes — 60 days, full access to your plan, no credit card required to start. You won't be charged automatically. When the trial ends we'll reach out about setting up payment; nothing happens to your account without your say-so.

Anyone you invite who can sign in to your portal — employees, managers, and admins all count. The owner counts too. You can see your plan's user limit any time on your Settings page, and you only move up a plan if you pass the limit.

Your data stays exactly where it is. If you've set up a paid plan, you simply keep going. If you haven't, the portal pauses until you do — but nothing is deleted, and reactivating restores full access instantly.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time — your data and settings carry over untouched. Plan changes aren't fully self-serve yet, so just reach out and we'll switch you the same day.

No contracts and no cancellation fees — it's month to month, cancel any time. We don't offer refunds for time already paid, but you'll never be locked into a term.

You can add employees from the admin portal, invite them by email, and set opening leave balances per person. CSV import is not available yet, so larger teams should contact us for migration help.
